Micro-needling Fractional Radiofrequecy – called as micro needle termo-lifting is one of the most precise treatments, which gives the desired effects and lifted skin immediately without using any scalpel. It works two ways at the same time: firstly the skin is injected and secondly at the same time overheated by radio-frequency.
Thanks to small inflammatory processes present in the different parts and depths of the skin the remodelling process of collagen may start. The device head is terminated with a sterile disposable cover fitted with microneedles. After reaching the skin surface by the device head, the needles are injected to 0,5 up to 3 mm inside skin and heated up to 45-600C. The emitted waves heat the protein fibres of the skin and make the skin produce new collagen fibres.
The advantages of RF:
• It is a bipolar energy, which is delivered directly to dermis without any damage on epidermis.

Recommended amount of treatments:
To achieve optimal effects, there should be 3-4 series of treatments at 1 month intervals.
Duration of the treatment:
The treatment takes 40 minutes (small area- around eyes), up to 90 minutes (bigger area e.g. face). Before the treatment, a layer of anesthetic cream is applied to the skin.
After an RF Microneedling treatment, the skin is slightly swollen and red for about 1 – 2 days (weekend procedure). If desired, the redness can be covered with a light, medical make-up. So you can go back to your usual activities. As a rule, it takes approximately 7-10 days to heal completely.

HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a completely non-invasive treatment capable of delivering the closest results to a surgical facelift without surgery.
Using ultrasound energy HIFU targets the layers of skin just below the surface and the deeper Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System (SMAS) stimulating them to encourage the production of collagen which lifts, tightens and firms the skin.
Just one treatment can take as much as 5 – 10 years off your appearance and the remarkable results will leave you feeling fresh and more youthful. As HIFU targets the deeper muscular layers the surface of the skin is not affected so there is no downtime.

How many treatments will I need?
HIFU is generally best suited to people older than 30 who have mild-to-moderate loss of skin firmness.
The majority of people need one to two treatments but this will depend on your age and your skin. If you’re over 40 we recommend two treatments six months apart for best results.
Skin will continue to age after HIFU so follow up treatments can be useful after 12 to 24 months to maintain results.
What can I expect?
Treatments begin with a skin consultation to see if HIFU is right for you.
HIFU is generally a comfortable procedure however some people experience warmth or a deep tingling sensation in the area where the ultrasound energy is being applied. Areas like the jawline can be more sensitive.
Everyone’s tolerance levels are different. If you have a low pain tolerance, over-the-counter pain medication prior to treatment can be beneficial.
HIFU takes approximately 30 – 40 minutes to treat the face 45 – 60 minutes to treat the face and neck. After treatment the skin may be slightly flushed but this generally resolves within a few hours. Some mild swelling, tenderness and tingling the week after treatment is normal.
What do I need to do?
We recommend you:
• Avoid direct sun exposure for 14 days after your treatment and use physical sun protection
• Avoid waxing or hair removal procedures for a week
• Avoid facial treatments including microdermabrasion, peels and facials for at least two weeks.
• Avoid exfoliating products for 5 – 7 days.
• Avoid strenuous activity, the use of steam rooms and saunas, hot showers, chlorinated and salt water pools for at 48 hours post procedure.

So what is a 4D HIFU Body Lipolysis?

The difference between fat reduction & weight loss
It is important to note, as it is a well-known misconception, that weight loss and fat reduction are the same thing, in fact they are not and never will be. When we lose weight from an area, our fat cells become smaller but the actual number of fat cells we have remain the same, just reduced. When we gain weight, the fat cells then become larger again.
What the HIFU Body Lipolysis procedure does is reduces and moves the number of fat cells in the treated area, therefore rather than shrinking them to appear smaller like with weight loss by removing these cells they can never get bigger and are permanently removed.

1. Which areas of the body can be treated with 4D HIFU Body Lipolysis?
The treatment can be used in many areas of the body including the; Stomach, Thighs -Inner and Outer, Love Handles, Upper Arms, providing there is over 2.6 cm of fat and in the targeted area to be treated on.
2. What happens to the body fat that HIFU Body Lipolysis removes?
Over the next few weeks & months, the body naturally removes the destroyed fat which is drained to the liver via your natural lymphatic channels and circulation.
3. Will the fat that has been treated return?
No, the fat cells that are removed through the treatment will not come back, because adults have a limited number of fat cells, whatever is gone will not regenerate. However, the remaining fat cells still can expand and contract, increase in size and decrease in size, depending on many factors such as diet, exercise, genetics, age and use of medications.
4. I heard the treatment is painful?
Some clients experience tiny amounts of tingling, prickling, or warm sensations but these vary in severity and depending on fat thickness and the area to be treated. Some areas are not sensitive at all. Because pain varies between clients, we do prepare our clients to expect more discomfort due to the destruction of fat cells and the generated heat. Generally, there is minimal pain during this treatment.
5. Is HIFU Body Lipolysis a good treatment for a small amount of excess fat?
Clients for HIFU Body Lipolysis must have a minimum of over 2.6 cm of “pinchable or grabbable” fat. If you have less, then your fat layer will be rather thin and the programmed treatment depth will treat other tissues and not fat, with these clients our AlphaShape Pro Body contouring treatments may be more suitable.
During the consultation, body areas will be examined and measured, and a customised treatment plan established to ensure it is safe and suitable to have the treatment.
6. What are the main contraindications for HIFI Body Lipolysis?

7. How many Treatments will I need?

Our body sculpting treatments are designed to assist people who have stubborn, subcutaneous fat deposits that they cannot shift with diet and exercise alone.
It is important to note our HIFU Body and AlphaShape Pro treatments are not a weight loss treatment, our treatments do not treat obesity, and does not replace the benefits of a healthy and balanced diet and exercise.
8. Can I resume my normal activity straight after the treatment?
There is no downtime procedure for body fat reduction. Most of the “recovery” happens unnoticed to the client, therefore there is no need to take time off work or stop your usual regime. We do recommend taking care straight after the procedure and of course not to consume any toxins, caffeine, alcohol and cigarettes and drink plenty of water after the procedure.
9. What side-effects can I expect after treatment?
After your treatment, your skin may appear slightly red in areas and this will disappear within 24 hours. Other less common side effects include temporary bruising or numbness that generally subsides naturally as the skin heals.
10. How much can I expect to lose from a single treatment?
Clinical studies and from our own treatment experiences, demonstrate that on average, clients lose up to an inch in the waist circumference (for some, this can mean down one dress size). Some clients have been known to lose more, while others achieved less.

After-Care Guidelines - HIFU Body Lipolysis - After Care Instructions Post Treatment
1. You can return to your normal activities immediately after your procedure without any post treatment restrictions.
2. Avoid exposing your skin to extreme temperatures of heat or cold, and protect your skin with a good quality moisturiser and SPF.
3. Important you up your water intake and stay hydrated after your treatment, Water intake will help speed up the process and flush out your system.
4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 48 hours afterwards, even longer if possible for optimal results.
5. We recommend no sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours after the treatment.
6. No strenuous exercise for 24 to 48 hours to reduce any swelling that may have occurred during your treatment.
7. Your normal regime can be followed immediately but avoid using skin products that may cause irritation for 24 to 48 hours afterwards.
8. Please do not have any other form of treatment or therapy until instructed to do so and insure clothing is a loose fit over the areas that have been treated to minimise any discomfort that may be present.
9. Avoid eating high carbs 48 hours after your treatment, to allow you body to detoxify properly, without storing excess carbs that turn into fat. You can increase protein intake to boost the healing (Collagen regeneration) process.
10. Go for a 30 minute walk after each treatment, this will help your body speed up the process.
Your skin may appear flushed at first, but the redness, if any should disappear within a few hours on the day of the treatment. Some clients may experience swelling, tingling or tenderness to the touch, but these are mild and temporary in nature over the next few days to a week. Other, less common post procedural effects may cause temporary minor bruising, or numbness on small areas of skin.
After-Care Guidelines - HIFU Body Lipolysis - After Care Instructions Post Treatment
1. It is normal for the area to be tender and feel stiff immediately after the procedure.
2. The treated area maybe flushed, reddened and tingly.
3. Temporarily numbness in the treated area can also occur.
4. Side-effects are temporary and could cause minor bruising and tenderness.

What can I expect?
